Do you already know about ostomysecrets? I only just learned about them – I received a mailer, which I almost threw out before I realized that it was something ostomy-related, I went to their website – and behold! Thong panties? Really?
They’ve got underwear for men, too – they look comfortable, but obviously I can’t really comment on them.
But ladies, I did try some of their products, and I’m pretty happy. I bought one pair of thongs and one pair of the Allure style, as well as the “Vixen” wrap. I’ve tried all of them on, and I like! Pretty comfortable, pretty sexy. The waste line comes up over the top of my pouch. The leg line comes up high but also does not reveal the pouch. I’m not totally sold on the material, I can’t tell you yet how good the quality is in terms of how long a pair will last, and there is still a fairly limited variety of color options. There are no returns, and they’re not cheap – the cheapest item is $25. Since there are no returns, you need to check out the sizing chart carefully. But all of that said… thong panties!
I’ve been looking for the perfect underwear ever since I had surgery over two years ago. I think this is the closest thing I’ve found to sexy. They might not match up to my pre-Crohn’s underwear, but given the options I have at this point, these are pretty awesome.
Wow! The panties and the black/magenta “wrap” have a very cool vintage look to them. I bet the wraps would work well under riding breeches….

I have an ostomy for 42 years, I am very very active, I do everything, from working out, to biking, to running, to jumping out of planes to golfing to gardening, swimming and I have a very happy active sex life. The product by ostomysecrets is USELESS!! You can get the exact same results by purchasing any pair of panties with stretch in them or a spankx like product. IF YOU WANT TO HIDE YOUR POUCH, BUY A GIRDLE LIKE PANTIE!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE OSTOMYSECRETS PRODUCT!! I recently purchased a pair of panties, saw all the advertisements and thought wow, this looks great, but after spending over $50.00 between the product, shipping and tax, I am totally disappointed with the product. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I agree that a “hidden panel” is really not necessary – I have lots of very comfortable, stretchy panties, and in fact I mostly find a panel somewhat annoying. However, I do like these products – the thong panties, for instance, come up high enough to clear the top of my pouch, and in the case of such high-legged panties, the hidden panel does keep the pouch hidden. Most of my other panties that have a high waste and that cover the pouch completely also have the unflattering straight cut across the thigh, which makes me feel old and chubby. I have spent a lot of time in the stores trying different kinds of underwear, and while I have plenty of comfortable underwear, for me, the ostomysecrets thong panties are my sexiest. But each to their own.
